Kottonspa Return & Exchange Policy

At KottonSpa, we want your little ones to be perfectly comfortable! If you need a different size or an exchange, our process is designed to be fast, fair, and rewarding.

1. The Timeline

  • Return & Exchange Window: All requests must be initiated within 21 days of the original shipping date.

2. Condition Requirements (Hygiene Standard)

To protect the health of all infants, items must be in new, unused condition. We strictly enforce the following:

  • Tags: All original labels and tags must be attached.

  • Hygiene: Items must be unwashed and unworn.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be 100% free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.

  • Note: Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. Seamless Exchanges (The 5% Bonus)

We reward you for staying with the Kottonspa family! To skip the wait and get your new items faster, we offer Instant Store Credit with an added bonus:

  • How to Start: To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@kottonspa.com with your Order Number.

  • The 5% Bonus: Once your exchange is processed, we will issue a store credit for the full value of your purchase plus an additional 5% bonus credit.

  • Free Return Shipping: We believe exchanges should be easy—the return shipping label is on us! We will provide a prepaid label for your return package (Domestic orders only).

  • Instant Shopping: You can use your store credit immediately to purchase a new size or any other item in our shop.

  • Condition Guarantee: We issue credit early to be helpful. However, if the returned item arrives damaged or violates our hygiene standards, we reserve the right to deactivate the store credit or charge the original payment method.

4. International Orders

We are delighted to share Kottonspa with families worldwide! Please note that due to the complexities of international logistics, all international sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.

5. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Headwear & Footwear: All hats, beanies, hair accessories, booties, and socks.

  • Clearance: Any items marked "Final Sale" or discounted 30% or more.

6. Domestic Returns for Refund

  • Return Shipping: For standard refunds to your original payment method, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Timeline: Once the items are inspected, refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks.
