I’d spent nearly a decade validating quality for high-stakes R&D projects globally, and I brought that same rigor to a new challenge: styling comfort for delicate skin. I applied everything I’d learned from rigorous testing and meticulous sourcing to build something better.

I searched everywhere—regular cotton, bamboo, organic blends—but nothing matched the unmatched softness, breathability, and strength of Supima® cotton.This rare, resilient fiber became the heart of KottonSpa.

From sourcing yarn exclusively through licensed suppliers to crafting a fully traceable supply chain built from the ground up, every step was done with care. I refused to use synthetic fabrics against delicate skin, choosing 0% spandex and relying on our unique knit for natural stretch and UPF 65.

Every piece is meticulously designed with ergonomic details and our "off-skin" approach, ensuring elements like embroidery are restricted to outside layers so they never touch the skin. Our partnership with @TextileGenesis ensures complete Seed-to-Skin traceability. Throughout this entire process, we lead with a sustainable approach.
